These terms govern access to, browsing of and use of this website.

The engagement of services is governed solely by the accepted quote and by the contract that Preciso Office sends to each client. Prices, taxes, payment method and deadlines, schedule, scope, deliverables, ownership of the work and any other commercial term are set out in those documents, and not on this website.

If any clause on this website conflicts with what has been agreed with a client, the quote and the contract prevail.

Access confers the status of user and implies acceptance of these terms. The user agrees to use the site lawfully, diligently and in good faith, in accordance with the law, morality and public order.

It is prohibited to use it for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms Preciso Office or third parties, and any action that impairs or prevents its operation.

The design, code, text, images, logos, trademarks and other content of this site belong to Preciso Office or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Visiting the website does not transfer any right over them.

Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Preciso Office reserves the right to take any action available in response to unauthorised use.

Preciso Office does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or the absence of errors in its content, and is not liable for unlawful, negligent or fraudulent use by the user.

The information published is for guidance only. It does not constitute a contractual offer or a commitment as to results. Services that are engaged are provided on the terms of the relevant contract.

Preciso Office may amend these terms by publishing the new version on this page. The version published at any given time applies. A change here does not alter what has already been agreed with a client in their quote or contract.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For professional or commercial relationships, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona (Spain), waiving any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply.
